Leadership & Execution Bootcamps for Construction Teams

A 2-Day Intensive Tailored to the Role that Drives Your Company's Success

Built from decades of NYC construction experience managing hundreds of millions in projects and estimating over $12 Billion. This isn't just a seminar—it's a working session that equips your team with the tools, language, and accountability systems to perform at a higher level starting the moment they walk back onto the job.

2 Day Intensive

One Bootcamp. Four Distinct Experiences. One Aligned Company.

This is for contractors whose teams are working hard but not aligned — where decisions get delayed, accountability gets avoided, and the owner ends up carrying more than they should. The goal is simple: a team that knows exactly what's expected of them, owns it completely, and delivers without you having to chase it.

The bootcamp is offered for four separate manager roles below:

Estimator

"Win the right work—and set the field up to build it."
  • Understand the full lifecycle impact of how you price
  • Communicate scope intent, not just numbers
  • Build accountability into the handoff from day one
  • Lead from the office without losing influence in the field

Project Manager

"Run the project—don't let the project run you."
  • Set up projects to execute—not just to track
  • Lead up, down, and across without formal authority
  • Build accountability systems that don't require your constant presence
  • Bridge the gap between what was sold and what gets built

Superintendent

"Own the site. Build the team. Deliver the work."
  • Lead crews through structure, not just experience
  • Build daily rhythms that keep the project moving
  • Hold subcontractors and team members accountable without conflict
  • Plan proactively instead of reacting to what's already on fire

Field Engineer

"Build your craft. Build your career. Build your reputation."
  • Learn how to add value from day one—not year three
  • Understand the full project ecosystem and your role in it
  • Communicate with clarity up the chain and into the field
  • Develop the habits that separate high performers from the rest

Same proven framework. Content, scenarios, and exercises tailored to the seat each person actually sits in — so your team isn't just trained, they're trained for the job they actually do.

Stop Fighting Fires. Start Building Systems.

Your team is working hard. Imagine if they were all working right.

Leadership Without Tools

Leaders at every level who have the title but not the tools to execute effectively.

Reactive vs. Proactive

Teams that react to problems instead of building systems that prevent them.

Accountability Gaps

Accountability that breaks down between roles and between office and field.

No Roadmap

New hires and up-and-comers who are smart but have no roadmap for how to operate.

Owner Dependency

A company where the owner is the answer to every question because nobody else owns anything.

Disconnected Roles

Disconnected roles that are all working hard—just not in the same direction.

2-Day Intensive Agenda

Frequently Asked Questions

How is this different if my estimator and superintendent attend separate bootcamps?
Each role gets a tailored experience—same framework, different lens. Estimators work through scenarios about scope handoff and cost impact. Supers work through field leadership and daily execution. When both groups have trained on the same foundation, alignment between them becomes natural instead of forced.
Can multiple roles attend together in one session?
For maximum role-specific impact, we recommend single-role cohorts. That said, cross-role sessions can be arranged and are powerful in their own right—when estimators and supers are in the same room together, the conversations are some of the most valuable in the business. Let's talk about what makes sense for your team.
Do participants need prior leadership training or construction management experience?
No. The bootcamp is designed to meet people where they are—whether it's a field engineer six months into the industry or a superintendent with 20 years on the tools. The framework is universal. The application is built around where each person actually is.
Is this available virtually or does it have to be onsite?
Both are available and equally effective when delivered well. Virtual may be better aligned with smaller teams. Onsite delivery adds a layer of energy and team dynamic that can be especially powerful for leadership development.
What makes this different from other construction training programs?
Most programs teach process. This program builds leaders. The difference is that your team leaves not just knowing what to do, but owning why it matters and committing publicly to how they'll do it. That accountability loop is what makes the learning stick and the results show up.
What kind of follow-up support is available after the bootcamp?
Pro-Accel offers executive coaching and accountability sessions for teams that want to go deeper post-bootcamp. Most clients find that one bootcamp creates momentum—and ongoing coaching is what sustains and accelerates it. Ask us about multi-engagement packages.
